Will I automatically get access to all channels since I have CTV?

All channels (CTV Comedy Channel, CTV Sci-Fi Channel, CTV Drama Channel, CTV Life Channel, MTV, Much, Discovery, Animal Planet, Discovery Velocity, Investigation Discovery, Discovery Science) are not automatically included with CTV.
