What is CTV GO?
CTV GO is a new video streaming service giving you access to the best live and on-demand content in Canada, on many platforms, at any time, everywhere.
I don't see my television provider listed, what gives?
Bell TV, Bell Aliant, Telus Optik TV, Eastlink, Rogers, Cable Cable, Shaw GO, SaskTel, Source Cable, WTC, NRTC, Northwestel, Access Communications, Hay Communications, Mitchell Seaforth Cable TV, Tuckersmith Communications, Execulink, Tbaytel, Hay Communications, Tuckersmith Communications, Wightman Telecom, Nexicom, Vianet, Vmedia and MTS are the distribution partners to carry CTV GO, but we're in talks with all television service providers to get it in your hands. If your provider isn't listed, you can help by calling and letting them know you are interested.
Can I watch programs on CTV GO with closed-captioning?
CTV GO programs can be viewed on your set-top box with closed-captions. This feature is coming soon for iOS, Android, Windows 8.1 and Web.
Can I watch programs on CTV GO in different languages?
CTV GO programming is available in English only.
Can I Shift the time zone of the CTV live feed?
No. The live feed of CTV will be the same as you receive on TV in your community. This is determined by the postal code on your TV provider account.
Can I watch content from this channel without signing into an account?
Yes. If you do not have an account, you can still catch up on new episodes of many of your favourite shows, including THE AMAZING RACE, CASTLE, MARVEL’S AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. and many more. . Once you do have an account, you can access more on-demand programming, plus watch live feeds of CTV and CTV TWO.
