Later that fall, she hosted the highly successful Canada Loves New York tribute show, a demonstration of the solidarity of Canadians for the people of New York after the terrorist attack of September 11th.
Ms. Wallin has served on the boards of numerous professional, educational, and charitable organizations, including the University Health Network, Ontario Cancer Research Network and the University of Waterloo. She also was Chair of the Canadian Journalism Foundation.
