SAN DIEGO - A Ricky Martin look-alike has been arrested in connection with the rapes of two San Diego women.

Juan Kunasich Gamero, 28, of Tijuana, Mexico, used his resemblance to the pop star to woo his victims at clubs in Tijuana, the Baja California attorney general's office said. Kunasich was arrested in Mexico last week.

Kunasich, who competed in a Ricky Martin look-alike contest in Las Vegas, cut his hair like the performer's and matched his wardrobe, agent Alejandro Avilez Lopez said.

If you put two pictures of them together, it would be hard to say who was the real Ricky Martin, he said.

Two 19-year-old San Diego women said they met Kunasich at bars last year. One said she lost consciousness and awoke to find him assaulting her. Another said he offered her a ride home and assaulted her at his house.

I certainly don't blame him. He wants to at least have a fair shot at a World Series ring -- and it is highky unlikely that would be in Toronto, in his lifetime.
Even the "Beast and Pat team" won't be able to pull off that miracle!
Thanks Doc, for the memories. It was great to have you here this long.
Best wishes for that Ring wherever you land.
