The tight-knit team on "CSI: Miami" is threatened to be torn apart when a private investigator attempts to destroy the team. Tom Sizemore ("Saving Private Ryan") guest stars as the investigator, Kurt Rossi. In the episode entitled "Down to the Wire," (set to air on May 12), Miami crime lab head Horatio Caine (David Caruso) faces off with Rossi over a case involving a murder and a fake 911 call. The CSIs are also dealing with the recent departure of Dr. Alexx Woods (Khandi Alexander), who decided to rethink her position after her son was implicated in a murder case. Her replacement has not been named. Sizemore has had his own difficulties with the law in his personal life, including a public battle with drug addiction and a conviction for assault and battery against his former girlfriend, Heidi Fleiss. However, the 43-year-old actor has still been previously nominated for a Golden Globe award and routinely appears as a supporting actor in Hollywood films. Sizemore also enjoyed a recurring role on "China Beach" as Vinny, a man in love with Colleen McMurphy (Dana Delaney). "CSI: Miami" airs Monday nights at 10 on CTV. |
