John Schneider is ready to make his "CSI: Miami" debut with a guest spot on the crime scene series.

Set in the city's famed beaches and nightclubs, "CSI: Miami" is known as the "CSI" spinoff with some of the strangest crime scenes and suspects.

When Schneider makes his appearance on "CSI: Miami," he'll play Charles Brighton, a man at the centre of an investigation when a body is discovered in a sinkhole.  

The episode "Tunnel Vision" airs Monday, April 28 on CTV.

Schneider is best known as "Bo Duke" in the series "Dukes of Hazzard." The actor has also appeared as a guest on "Nip/Tuck" and as a series regular on "Smallville."

In the 80s Schneider also enjoyed a country music career, with multiple number one singles.

"CSI: Miami" stars David Caruso, Emily Procter, Adam Rodriguez, Khandi Alexander, Jonathan Togo, Rex Linn, Eva La Rue and Evan Ellingson.

The series is currently in its sixth season and airs Monday nights.
