Toronto, Ontario (July 19, 2005) – CTV announced today that a new block of tickets have been released for tomorrow night's Canadian Idol Top 10 Results Show featuring a live performance by American Idol Carrie Underwood. -- American Idol Winner Guest Stars on First Top 10 Results Show --  Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets or by calling 416.870.8000 or online at www.ticketmaster.ca. Reserved seats are $5.00 per person (including applicable taxes), which covers the costs associated with the ticketing service. Canadian Idol Results Show Featuring Carrie Underwood On Wednesday's first Canadian Idol Top 10 results show, American Idol winner Carrie Underwood will perform her hit single Inside Your Heaven. The track entered Billboard's Hot 100 and Pop 100 charts at Number One last month. The 21-year-old Oklahoma resident, who won the fourth American Idol crown on May 25, is currently touring North America with the American Idols Live tour. After she won the American Idol crown, Underwood told CTV's eTalk Daily that she was "really excited" about coming to Canada and performing on Canadian Idol Tomorrow night's "Canadian Hits" results episode will also feature a group performance by the Canadian Idol Top 10 of a Bruce Cockburn classic. The episode airs at 7:30 p.m. in all markets on CTV. A limited number of free Rush Seats will also be provided to the most original, creative and vocal fans that show up outside of the John Bassett Theatre tomorrow night. Beginning one hour before show time, producers will handpick the most fervent Idol fans - those that can best demonstrate Idol fan-demonium through impressive signage, clothing and enthusiasm - and whisk them inside the theatre.
