Just one week after the release of his debut album, 219 Days (already close to double platinum), Kalan Porter announces the first leg of his national tour! Ontario Tour Dates Announced with Eastern and Western Canada to be revealed soon! Toronto, ON – He wrapped up a three week promotional tour that took him from the Maritimes to Vancouver. Making stops in cities from coast to coast, Kalan performed and met thousands of fans right across the country. Highlights from his trip included a thirty minute Vicki Gabereau special, as well as massive fan events in Edmonton, Red Deer, Calgary and his hometown of Medicine Hat. It signifies the beginning of his journey as contestant #7039 to the release of his debut album on ViK/BMG Canada. Having co-written several tracks on the album, his debut showcases the different sides of Kalan Porter, leaving the listener eager to hear his next offering. Enlisting the help of fantastic studio production duo, Perry Alexander (Keshia Chante, Shawn Desman), creative forces Rob Wells (Amanda Stott, Karen David) and Marc Jordan (Rod Stewart) as well as legendary rock hero Randy Bachman, the songs illustrate the breadth of Kalan's talent.
