On election day, October 14, 2008 at 10 PM ET and 7 PM Pacific. Canadians will be able to get up-to-the-minute local results via text message on mobile phones from CTV.ca.

This innovative initiative will be available, at no additional cost, to any Canadian mobile phone subscriber (carrier text messaging charges may apply).

After the polls close across the country at 10:00 p.m. ET, real-time riding results as well as national and provincial standings will also be posted online at CTV.ca.
