Live Election Results On Your Mobile PhoneOn federal election day, January 23, 2006, Canadians will be able to get up-to-the-minute local results via text message on mobile phones from CTV.ca. This innovative joint initiative between CTV and The Globe and Mail will be available, at no additional cost, to any Canadian mobile phone subscriber (carrier text messaging charges may apply). After the polls close across the country at 10:00 p.m. ET, real-time riding results as well as national and provincial standings will also be posted online at CTV.ca.
