Mike Lake holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) from the University of Alberta. Currently, he is a National Accounts Manager with the Edmonton Oilers Hockey Club where he has been employed for the past ten years. Previously he held the positions of Director of Ticket Sales and Group Sales Manager. He was an integral member of the sales team that helped keep the Oilers in Edmonton in the late 90’s.

Mike has a passion for the game of hockey, having played since childhood. A natural leader, he is currently the captain of the men’s recreational team, of which he has been a member for the past 13 seasons.

Mike Lake is 36 years old and has lived in Mill Woods for 10 years. He and his wife of 12 years, Debi, have two children – son Jaden, 9 and daughter Jenae, 6. Mike and Debi are members the Edmonton Autism Society and have dedicated much time and energy to assisting Jaden, who has autism.
