Dave Bylsma, a passionate patriot, was born in St Catharines, Ontario in 1970. Growing up, he worked hard in the tender fruit and greenhouse industries.

1993- graduated from McMaster University with a degree in Civil Engineering. He followed his entrepreneurial desire and now owns a small business manufacturing custom cabinet doors in the village of St Ann's. He and his wife Sylvia of 8 years are raising soon-to-be six children to also engage our culture. They attend Living Hope Church in Vineland where Dave contributes as the pianist.

Dave has been active in the Christian Heritage Party 12 years starting at the teachable age of 23, with his first stint as a candidate. Since then he has taken on various roles at all three levels within the party and current holds a position on the National Board as the president of Ontario Council.

He has also worked in the Family Coalition Party of Ontario, the Community Impact Committee, and the Canadian Christian Business Federation.

When he takes a spare moment, he enjoys hockey, archery and managing his bush lot.

He has traveled across our nation, loves Canada and desires to see her led in accordance with God's Law. Dave has always felt that time-tested, Biblically principled, politics will outlive populism because they are rooted in our unchangeable God. With the fragmented and corrupt government appearing as the wasted vote, he hopes to lead the CHP to a new level of representation in the upcoming election.
