Al Franken
Shot to fame as an unlikely role as a Democratic flag bearer, when
Fox News launched a court challenge over his book, the cover of which
mocked the network's slogan: "Fair and balanced." Comedian and
headlining host of the burgeoning Liberal talk radio network Air
America, Al Franken is hoping Americans countrywide will
simultaneously scream a wisecrack at the moment George W. Bush
accepts his party's presidential nomination.

Calling it a non-disruptive form of protest, Franken says
participants should quiet down before Bush begins speaking, so
"people can hear him give a bad speech."
