The TIFF Bell Lightbox officially opens Sept. 12, but CTV.ca got an early look inside the new home of the film festival. Some of the paint was still wet and finishing touches were being made, but Noah Cowan, Artistic Director of the Lightbox, couldn't be happier the dream's finally been realized. "I'm overjoyed with the way the building looks. It's exceeded our wildest dreams," he says.
