Hollywood can be a tough town. It's always looking for the next 'it' actor. Yet, Tinseltown seems to have a soft spot for a gang of aging-gracefully actors who are still landing as many lead roles in 2010 as they did in 1985. So, move over R-Patz and Zac Efron, CTV.ca offers an A-Z list of 20 of the hottest 45+ silver screen -- and haired -- studs who are proving that they still got 'it.'

Who: Antonio Banderas
Age: 49
