Out and about: Openly gay actors, personalities and characters on TV
The proverbial glass closet continues to shatter in 2012 following announcements by Matt Bomer, Jim Parsons and, recently, Anderson Cooper. CTV.ca decided to pay homage to these individuals and celebrate the out-personalities and characters on our shows.
MATT BOMER (actor, White Collar) Bomer portrays a con artist working for the FBI in “White Collar.” He has also appeared in the movies “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning,” “In Time” and more recently, “Magic Mike.” He publicly thanked his partner Simon Halls and their three kids during an acceptance speech after receiving the Steve Chase Humanitarian Award in February.
