Luke MacfarlaneKnown for his role as Scotty Wandell on BROTHERS & SISTERS, Luke Macfarlane is an established actor not only in television, but in film and theatre as well.
Macfarlane made his feature film debut in 2004 in Bill Condon’s Kinsey. He also starred opposite Cynthia Nixon in Robert Altman’s Tanner on Tanner, a limited series for the Sundance Channel. Macfarlane’s additional television credits include a lead role in the critically-acclaimed Steven Bochco FX series, OVER THERE, and the 2010 mini-series IRON ROAD opposite an all-star cast including Peter O’Toole and Sam Neill.
In 2003, he was one of four leads in Juvenilia at the Playwrights Horizons Theatre, and in 2004 he starred in Where Do We Live, written and directed by Chris Shinn for the Vineyard Theater. In 2006, he appeared alongside Jill Clayburgh and Hamish Linklater in the off-Broadway production of The Busy World Is Hushed, by Keith Bunin. Macfarlane returned to the stage in the 2011 Tony® Award-winning revival of The Normal Heart.
Macfarlane is a graduate of the Juilliard School (group 32), hails from London, ON, and currently resides in Los Angeles.
