Listen now: Michael Bublé's new album "To Be Loved" available at CTV.ca
On the cusp of fatherhood, and after the enormous success of the biggest holiday album in the country, Canadian crooner, Michael Bublé returns to the limelight with his eighth album “To Be Loved.”
And you can hear it first at CTV.ca. The pre-stream of the full album, an exclusive to CTV and the Loop in Canada, is available from April 11-21.
Move over “Jingle Bells,” this new album is a mix of classic covers like Smokey Robinson’s “Who’s Lovin’ You,” and Elvis Presley’s “Have I Told You Lately That I Love You,” as well as Bublé’s own original tunes including the already released (and already popular!) “It’s a Beautiful Day.”
And Bublé isn’t alone. He’s joined by Canadian icon Bryan Adams on the tune “After All” and Reese Witherspoon on “Something Stupid.”
JUNO Award host Bublé will be performing from his new album at this year’s JUNO Awards, and is also up for the JUNO Fan Choice Award. After the awards show in Regina, April 21, “To Be Loved” will hit retail stores across Canada.
He has plans for a world tour in support of the album…and if that wasn’t enough, he and his wife are expecting a child sometime this summer.
Forget a “beautiful day,” it’s more like a beautiful year for Bublé!
Take a look through Bublé’s past JUNO moments!
The JUNO Awards air on Sunday, April 21 on CTV.
