“The Queen of Mean” is back at Seattle Grace, and it couldn’t have come at a better time.

Now that “Booty Call” Bailey has gone soft, someone needs to whip those interns into shape.

After losing her mentor at the Mayo Clinic last week, Cristina showed up on Meredith’s doorstep and in a preview for tonight’s episode called “Second Opinion,” it looks like she’s back at Seattle Grace for good.

Meredith is no doubt overjoyed to have “her person” back in her life but we’re not sure where things stand with Cristina and Owen, especially after Cristina’s “sex friend” in Minnesota.

While that relationship is still up in the air, one thing that hasn’t changed is her authority at the hospital.

Look out, new interns.

In the sneak peek we see her not only taking charge, but giving them nicknames (and we’re not talking McDreamy-style monikers). Instead, she names a couple of them after the seven dwarves – Happy and Dopey – and it’s likely only a matter of time before Sleepy or Grumpy come into play.

“I hate her,” one of the interns whispers.

“I heard that,” she retorts.

Bailey was bad, but the original interns – Meredith, George, Izzie and Cristina – got off easy in comparison.

At the beginning of the season, the interns were calling Meredith Medusa but with Cristina’s iron fist, we can’t wait to find out what they will call her.

We’re placing bets on “The Evil Queen.”

“Grey’s Anatomy” airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on CTV. Full episodes are also available online at CTV.ca.
