The ladies of “GCB” are gearing up for their final showdown of the season on Sunday, May 6th at 10/9C on CTV. But after stolen laptops, destroyed fashion lines, filthy haystack rides, and throwing around labels like “alcoholic” and “liberals,” what can the ladies of Dallas do to top their most vindictive actions?

To whet our appetites for the shockers that are surely in store on the season finale of “GCB”, we’ve rounded up the ladies’ best efforts to ruin each other (and we also had to add an “honourable mention” section because, let’s face it, there were too many scandalous moments to choose from!).

Enjoy the highs and lows from “GCB”’s first season, and make sure you tune in to the season finale!

Amanda Vaughn
Queen B points to date: 24 points

Best move: After hearing women weren’t expected to compete in the normally male-dominated annual church barbecue competition, Amanda rallied all the females in town to start their own “girls only” team. Not only did she manage to recruit her enemies (Carlene and Sharon joined the team) but the ladies won the competition too.

A true Queen B is not just a threat to her enemies, but shows that she’s a force to be reckoned with against the entire town.

Honourable mention: Amanda was convinced that Carlene’s nice behaviour towards her was all part of some elaborate scheme to take her down. When Carlene invited Amanda along on a hunting trip, Amanda angrily let loose her frustrations. At one point, she slammed her gun on the ground and walked away.  The gun fired, and shot Carlene in the bum.

Worst move: Amanda suffered an all-time low when she felt the only way to make amends was to let Cricket and Carlene dump a bucket of mud on her (like Amanda used to do when they were all in high school).

Carlene Cockburn
Queen B points to date: 24 points

Best move: Carlene proved how much power she held over the Stopper family when she blackmailed Amanda. Carlene caught Amanda’s mother Gigi Stopper in an act of public indecency with the recently widowed Burl Lourd. She demanded Amanda break up with Luke (Carlene’s brother) or Carlene would tell the town what she saw. Amanda had no choice but to comply.

If there’s one thing Carlene’s good at, it’s knowing how to create a situation so bad, her opponents have no choice but to give up.

Honourable mention
: After manipulating herself into the lead role of the church musical, Carlene showed the congregation just how badly she wanted to show up the other girls during opening night. While singing the final number, she was accidently raised into the air, waved around the ceiling on wires, and then thrown through a window, landing in a heap on the floor. However, she kept going and got to her feet to finish the song. Now that’s how you prove you’re a Queen B!

Worst move: You never reveal your weaknesses to your enemies. Ever. Carlene made this unfortunate mistake when she admitted to Amanda why she was trying so hard to win the lead in the church musical. Carlene could have been a star, but gave it all up to marry Ripp Cockburn. Nothing’s came of this revelation in the first season, but if Amanda needs a way to get even with Carlene, she’s learned she can use the spotlight as bait.

Cricket Caruth-Reilly
Queen B points to date: 20 points

Best move: Cricket is a pro at utilizing the classic cliché “keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer”. When Cricket’s husband Blake encouraged Amanda to pitch a clothing line to Caruth Industries, Cricket hired Amanda as a fashion consultant. However, she destroyed Amanda’s campaign by leaking provocative images of Amanda posing in her designs, as well as alerted church groups to the controversial name of the brand (Westward Ho!). Because of the bad press Amanda was receiving, she was forced to resign from her position with Cricket’s company and her fashion line was dismantled.

Honourable mention: Cricket is an expert at stirring the proverbial pot as well. Knowing full well that Zach Peacham forced himself on Amanda, she told Sharon it was Amanda who forced herself on Zach when the pair was caught making out at Zach’s car dealership.

Worst move: Cricket confided in Heather her fears of being a bad mother.  After Cricket’s husband Blake pitched the idea of having another child, she confessed she didn’t have any interest in raising another one. She also admitted her daughter Alexandria was essentially raised by Blake. Now Heather knows Cricket’s weakness: her insecurities as a parent.

Sharon Peacham
Queen B points to date: 17 points

Best move: Any woman who wishes to call herself a Queen B knows that to knock someone down a peg, you need to publicly humiliate them. After learning Amanda kissed Sharon’s husband Zach, Sharon marched right down to Amanda’s workplace and called her out on her adultery. As much as Amanda tried to deny it, it was hard to believe a woman standing in a place called ‘Boobylicious’ and wearing bright red booty shorts.

Honourable mention: When a lewd man started making inappropriate comments about Sharon, her husband Zach played the chivalry card, but got punched out. Sharon proved she could take care of herself by telling her husband to stay down, and then proceeding to knock the lewd man out herself. A Queen B relies on no one but herself, just like Sharon.

Worst move: Once again, you never let slip your weaknesses. Sharon accidently confessed to Gigi she needed her diet-plan business (Losin’ it with Jesus) to succeed because their family was in financial trouble (Zach’s car dealership was not drumming up enough business).

Heather Cruz
Queen B points to date: 15 points

Best move: The usually well-liked and easily sociable Heather proved to her friends she is not a pushover. In a surprising move she fired Cricket and Carlene from doing a solo at the church fundraiser after they mocked Heather’s abilities to organize the event. Despite her so-called friends blocking her at every turn to book a well-known performer, Heather surprised them all yet again by booking Sheryl Crow.

Honourable mention: When Heather started dating Andrew Remington, she learned he was eyeing a piece of land owned by Carlene’s Uncle Burl. Carlene had also set her sights on the same plot of land for building a proposed set of “Christians-Only” condos. Heather researched enough information to prove that Carlene’s proposal was technically illegal, and secured the land for her boyfriend.

Worst move: Renewing her friendship with Amanda. Heather was a member of Amanda’s inner circle during high school. When Amanda left town and Carlene became the reigning “Queen B” Heather quickly looped herself into Carlene’s circle of friends. When Amanda returned, Heather incurred the wrath of the GCBs when she told Amanda to be careful now that she’s back in Dallas. Carlene and Cricket have continually blacklisted Heather from important social events because of her loyalty to Amanda.

Standings (as of April 29, 2012):
Amanda Vaughn – 24 points
Carlene Cockburn – 24 points
Cricket Caruth-Reilly – 20 points
Sharon Peacham – 17 points
Heather Cruz – 15 points
