JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. — Rick Santorum has won Minnesota's Republican caucuses, breaking Mitt Romney's winning streak in the race for the Republican presidential nomination.

Santorum also won Missouri's primary, a nonbinding vote that carries no delegates but gives the former senator some bragging rights.

Santorum's twin victories are his first since his narrow win in Iowa's leadoff caucuses in January.

Colorado also was holding Republican caucuses Tuesday night and its results were still undecided.
