It's not exactly "Airplane!" but it's hard not to see the comedic appeal of YouTube's most watched non-music video of all time.
At 424 million views and counting, "Charlie bit my finger," a 2007 56-second home video, has long-term popularity that could make Justin Bieber jealous.
The video shows two young English brothers sitting in a chair when infant Charlie takes a chomp on his slightly older brother Harry's finger, which begets the titular cry.
The accents don't hurt the cuteness quotient.
Five years later, the brothers, now eight and five, are still recognized by strangers, who often ask for a live repeat of the video.
Harry doesn't really care for it, though.
"No, not really, unless he's very gentle," Harry told CTV News of his response to requests.
The boys' father says he's still shocked by the initial video's popularity.
"I was amazed it had more than a couple of hundred views. I've always been amazed that people come back and watch it," Howard Davies-Carr told CTV News.
The family still puts up a new video on YouTube every few months thanks to a sponsorship deal that has netted them about CDN$150,000.
But none has managed to go viral like the first video.
"I can't look at it and think I did this right or I did that right, it was just a moment in time," Howard Davies-Carr said.
