A more complete list of CTV accounts are below. But if you're not on Twitter and want to sign up -- either to post or just to see what other people and organizations are saying -- here's what to do:

Go to Twitter.com and click on the yellow ‘Sign Up' button. Fill out the required fields and you're set. Once you've got your account, you have to start ‘Following' in order to see what people are saying. Click on ‘Who to Follow' and you can search names and organizations to add to your customized Twitter feed.
