The Moment
William Wallace tells his gather clan of blue-faced warriors "Aye, you may die, run, and you'll live...at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they'll never take...our freedom.

Why we get choked

Maybe it's that moment when Wind in his Hair asks Dances with Wolves if he can see that "he is his friend" and tells him that he "will always be [his] friend" that we missed.

Do you agree that this moment is one of the best?

I certainly agree that Dances with Wolves should have made this list. It could have easily taken Major League's spot.

I don't, cuz i think the moment that got me in the movie was the very end when he says freedom.

Umm this is a huge swing and a miss on the moment in braveheart that makes men cry...try the ending when he screams out "freedom" instead of begging for mercy then we find out his men rally and win their freedom...that's the moment

The part of Braveheart that makes me cry is moments before his death when he looks out at the crowd and sees his friends ... then his dead wife.
