Sarah Galashan is the Vancouver Bureau Chief reporter for CTV National News with Lloyd Robertson.

As of April 2011, Sarah Galashan is the B.C. Bureau Chief for CTV National News, covering all things of interest to the region.

Galashan has reported for the CTV Network since 2001. She was the Whistler Bureau Chief leading up to and during the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Prior to that, Galashan spent three years heading up the Alberta Bureau for CTV National News.

Career highlights include a six week embed with soldiers based in Kandahar, Afghanistan; the chance to interview children living in Canada's polygamy colony in Bountiful, B.C.; playing a central role in coverage of the 2003 summer fires that ravaged parts of B.C.

She has reported for CTV's W5, and has regularly appeared on CTV's network broadcast specials. Before joining CTV she reported for Global News, The Vancouver Sun, The Hamilton Spectator and The National Post.

Originally from Ontario, Galashan moved west to attend University of British Columbia, where she graduated with a degree in Canadian Studies.
