TORONTO — The star-studded benefit single version of "Wavin' Flag" continues to fly on top of the charts.

Since its release on March 12, the song has spent seven straight weeks atop the radio charts and has raised more than $1 million for victims of the earthquake in Haiti, according to a release issued by organizers.

The song features Drake, Justin Bieber, Nelly Furtado and more than 50 Canadian artists remixing K'naan's original tune with Haiti-focused lyrics.

Members of the group also closed this month's Juno Awards with a performance of the song.

According to numbers released Wednesday, the song has sold more than 160,000 copies on iTunes and its video has been viewed more than 4.5 million times.

All proceeds from the sale of the single and exclusive T-shirts equally benefit Free the Children, War Child Canada and World Vision in support of their individual on-the-ground efforts in Haiti.
