Prosciutto and arugula pizza
Ingredients:
- 240 gram dough ball
- 1/4 cup san marzano tomato
- 80 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 6 leafs of fresh basil
- 1 tbps extra virgin olive oil
- 20 grams of prosciutto
- 2 cups of arugula
Directions:
1. stretch dough ball to approx. 12 inches
2. Add san marzano tomato
3. Add mozzarella cheese
4. Add fresh basil
5. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
6. Bake on the stone till blistered
7. Place prosciutto on pizza
8. Toss arugula with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt
9. Add arugula to pizza
10. Enjoy!
