Harmon/Kardon Drive + Play

This iPod auto adapter is the perfect gadget for the father who wants to listen to his MP3s while driving.

The kit offers a backlit LCD screen large enough to show five lines of iPod menu text, which is to be placed on the dashboard, as well as a set of controls that go by the stick shift.

"This way, you don't actually have you take your attention away from driving," technology expert Kris Abel said.

StrideLite running/cycling jacket

This windproof- and waterproof-jacket features safety lights that show up to a quarter-of-a-mile away.

Zen Vision

The pocket-sized Zen Vision is a 30GB media player which can be used to store thousands of photos, 120 hours of movies, and an estimated 15,000 songs.

The Zen Vision can also be connected to a projector or TV with the included AV cable.

The Smart Golfer Laser Putting Alignment System

The LPAS is a state-of-the-art laser training aid, which can be attached to most putters, to show where the golfer is aiming.

"This is a laser sight like you might have on a rifle," Abel said.

"It allows you to be able to see just exactly how well you are aiming, depending on how you are twisting the wrist."
