While the organizers of the Rolling Stones fest have loosened the rules somewhat, the list of items banned from Downsview Park on concert day proves you can't always get (or bring) what you want.
Here's a complete list of what Stones fans can and can't bring into Downsview Park on concert day.
Allowed
- DEET (insect repellent)
- sunscreen
- blankets
- disposable cameras
- snack foods
- special dietary foods
- non-alcoholic beverages in plastic sealed containers, maximum of two 500ml sized containers, free water refills on-site
- cell-phones
- knapsacks and soft sided cooler bags
- beach towels
- cushions, sealed (no zippers)
- binoculars
- medications
- rain ponchos
Prohibited
- non-disposable cameras
- umbrellas
- strollers
- pets
- audio and video recorders
- chairs
- fireworks
- weapons including pocket knives
- alcoholic beverages
- cans and glass bottles
- camping or camping equipment (including sleeping bags)
- hard sided coolers
- bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, scooters
