HOUSTON — Former first lady Barbara Bush is in a Houston hospital after complaining of pain.

Family spokesman Jim McGrath said Mrs. Bush went to Methodist Hospital about 6 p.m. Tuesday as a precaution.

She had been experiencing some pain this week but McGrath didn't know what it was.

McGrath said all of the results for tests she had undergone had been negative.

McGrath said former President George H.W. Bush is with her.

Mrs. Bush is 83.

It's hard to look crystal clear and clean when you provide your services on a foundation of one set of acceptable lies against another.
