It is probably one of her more embarrassing moments.
A U.S. woman who mistakenly drove toward Vancouver, B.C., instead of Vancouver, Wash., sparked an international incident when Canada Customs found a grenade in the glove box of her car.
The Peace Arch border crossing south of Vancouver was shut down for about an hour on Monday while a police explosives unit removed the grenade, according to RCMP spokesman Tim Shields.
Shields said the woman, 28, from Houston, Tex., didn't know the grenade was in her husband's car.
He apparently works for the U.S. military and is stationed at Fort Lewis, Wash.
The woman was turned over to Immigration Canada for a short time. Once released, she drove away without speaking to the media.
Shields said charges are unlikely.
The border crossing at Blaine, Wash., is typically used by commercial trucks.

All of this is well and good but regardless of labelling, consumers have to stop being so ignorant. Do you really think a bottle of Snapple or a bag of Tostitos are good for you, no matter what the label says. Come on people, stupid is as stupid does!
